Policies
Terms & Conditions
1. Scope and agreement
These Terms apply to Grady & Co Wealth educational courses, training, memberships, digital products, and related services. Review the course description, price, delivery format, access period, and Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing. Your order confirmation and any specific written terms supplied for that purchase form part of the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Enroll only if you are legally able to enter this agreement and meet any stated course prerequisites. If you cannot enter a binding agreement independently, contact us about enrollment with an authorized parent or guardian before purchasing. Provide accurate registration and payment information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account use. Do not share or transfer access unless expressly permitted.
3. Course access and delivery
Access is provided according to the schedule, delivery method, access period, and instructions for the product purchased. A Stanley account alone does not establish enrollment in every course. Separate courses may require separate enrollment. Do not assume lifetime access, downloadable materials, individual coaching, or recordings unless included in the purchase description. Contact us if purchased access is missing or unusable.
4. Prices, payments, and recurring services
The price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment arrangement shown at checkout govern the purchase. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. A subscription, membership renewal, installment plan, or recurring charge applies only when expressly disclosed and accepted at purchase. Review the billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions for that specific offer. Cancelling a recurring service and requesting a refund are separate matters; applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy continue to apply.
5. Cancellations, billing errors, and non-delivery
The Refund & Cancellation Policy below addresses voluntary non-attendance, billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing access, and services cancelled or not delivered by Grady & Co Wealth. Contact us promptly with your course name, order details, and enrollment email. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details. Nothing in these Terms limits payment-dispute or other remedies required by law.
6. Educational and professional boundaries
All programs and materials are educational. They do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, fiduciary, or procurement advice. Participation does not by itself create an attorney-client, investment-advisory, tax-preparer, or other licensed professional relationship. Consult qualified professionals about decisions affecting your circumstances.
7. Financial and futures trading risk
Futures and other leveraged trading involve substantial risk. You can lose all funds committed and, in some circumstances, more than your initial deposit. Use only risk capital. Examples, simulations, and past or hypothetical results do not predict future performance. No course or AI response guarantees profits or limits losses.
8. AI and Stanley
Stanley and other AI assistants support education. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Independently verify important information, test generated workflows, and keep human oversight. AI output does not replace licensed professional advice. Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party information to course chats. These Terms do not represent that AI chats are private, privileged, or excluded from provider processing.
9. Entities, tax, and private governance
Work with qualified attorneys, CPAs, and other relevant licensed professionals before forming entities, creating trusts, making tax elections, or implementing governance structures. Rules vary by jurisdiction and circumstances. An LLC or other structure does not eliminate trading risk or guarantee tax savings, asset protection, funding, or legal compliance.
10. Credentials and outcomes
Grady & Co Wealth-issued certificates document educational completion; they do not confer a degree, professional license, government approval, or independent accreditation. Participation does not guarantee interviews, employment, government employment, placement, promotion, salary increases, financing, grants, government contracts, procurement eligibility, government certification, or business success. Third parties make their own eligibility, hiring, funding, and award decisions.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
Course videos, documents, training resources, software interfaces, branding, and other proprietary materials are provided for the enrolled purchaser’s personal learning use, subject to any express license supplied with a resource. Do not copy, distribute, resell, publicly post, share logins, or commercially exploit these materials without written authorization, except as permitted by law. You retain rights you hold in your own original submissions and must have permission to submit third-party material.
12. Acceptable use
Do not harass others, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious content, disrupt services, bypass access controls, obtain unauthorized course access, or use the services for unlawful activity. Keep community and learning interactions respectful. Do not submit information you lack authority to share.
13. Third-party services and communications
Some enrollment, payment, learning, AI, community, and communication functions use third-party services. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern their services. Review those notices before submitting information. Monitor your enrollment email for receipts, access instructions, schedule changes, and service notices. Marketing preferences are separate from necessary course and transaction communications; use the unsubscribe method in marketing messages or contact us for help.
14. Program changes, suspension, and termination
We may update educational materials and service features. If a material change affects purchased delivery or access, we will explain the change and available options; the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law govern cancellations and non-delivery. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a material breach, misuse, or a security issue. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
15. Disclaimers and responsibility
Educational content and AI output may contain errors and cannot guarantee a particular result. You are responsible for decisions you make using the materials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grady & Co Wealth is not responsible for speculative trading losses, anticipated profits, or indirect losses arising from reliance on educational examples or AI output. Nothing excludes liability, warranties, refunds, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses fraud, intentional misconduct, or failure to provide a legally required remedy.
16. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses finally awarded on a third-party claim caused by your intentional unlawful use of the services or knowing infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to cover claims caused by Grady & Co Wealth’s own negligence or misconduct. Any claim must be handled with reasonable notice and an opportunity to respond; no settlement may impose obligations on you without your consent.
17. Governing law, disputes, and updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Texas law governs these Terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; this does not prevent you from using courts, regulators, payment-dispute processes, or other remedies available by law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
18. Contact and accessibility
For billing, access, course, policy, or accessibility assistance, contact info@gradycowealth.com or call 832-582-1051. Grady & Co Wealth: 440 Louisiana Street, STE 900, Houston, Texas 77002. Include the course name and enrollment email, but never send passwords or full card details. For an access barrier, describe the support you need; a diagnosis is not needed in your initial message.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for a voluntary change of mind or non-attendance, subject to the exceptions below and rights required by applicable law.
Review the course description, price, schedule, delivery format, and access period before purchase. Choosing not to attend, complete, or use a program or materials that were provided does not by itself create a refund right.
Billing errors and duplicate charges. Report a suspected error with the order details and enrollment email. Confirmed duplicate charges or amounts charged in error will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Unauthorized charges. Contact us and your payment provider promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized. We will review the transaction and cooperate with the applicable payment-dispute process. This policy does not limit your rights with your payment provider or under law.
Missing or unusable access. Contact us if you cannot access what you purchased. We will investigate and seek to restore the purchased access. If Grady & Co Wealth cannot provide the purchased product or service, you may choose a refund for the undelivered portion; an alternative or credit may be accepted instead only with your agreement.
Cancellation or non-delivery by Grady & Co Wealth. If we cancel a purchased course before delivering it and do not provide the purchased service, you may choose a refund of the amount paid for that undelivered course. A reschedule, replacement, or credit is an alternative only if you agree. For partial non-delivery, the remedy addresses the portion not delivered and any additional rights required by law.
Recurring services. For an expressly agreed subscription or membership, follow the cancellation instructions supplied with that offer to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not by itself determine whether earlier charges are refundable; the exceptions above and applicable law still apply.
To request help, email info@gradycowealth.com with the course name, order date or reference, enrollment email, and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or full card details. We will explain the resolution and, where a refund is due, the refund process. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Nothing in this policy excludes refunds, billing corrections, cancellation rights, or other remedies required by applicable law. You do not waive those rights by accepting this policy or completing checkout.
